Founder & President
Lionel Johnson
President & Executive Director, Foundations of Love
Lionel Johnson is the Founder and President of Foundations of Love, a nonprofit dedicated to healing, empowering, and uplifting youth and families facing adversity. With over 15 years of experience as a coach, mentor, and community leader, Lionel has devoted his life to helping children overcome trauma, build confidence, and find purpose. Inspired by his own experiences, he created programs that bridge faith, mentorship, and opportunity — providing counseling access, sports participation, and family support across the Inland Empire. His leadership continues to shape a movement rooted in compassion, equity, and transformation — giving every child a place to belong and thrive.
